Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MKundali, operated by Mamgain.app. By accessing or using MKundali, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use MKundali. We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will become effective when posted, unless we state otherwise. Where appropriate, we may also notify you of material changes through the service or by email.
2. MKundali Services
MKundali provides Vedic astrology calculation tools, chart views, analysis features, and related functionality through a web application. Features available to you depend on your access level (guest, trial, or paid plan). We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or create security or legal risk.
4. Free Access and Premium Trial
MKundali offers guest access without payment for limited features. Signed-in users may also use a one-time 5-day Premium trial if eligible.
The Premium trial grants temporary Premium-level access. It does not automatically convert into a paid subscription and does not charge your payment method. When the trial ends, your account returns to the access level applicable to your account (typically guest-level features while remaining signed in), unless you separately purchase a paid plan.
5. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal. Annual prepaid plans are not currently offered through the MKundali pricing page.
When you purchase a recurring plan, you authorize Razorpay to process recurring payments according to the applicable billing schedule. The applicable monthly price for your plan is charged at each successful renewal.
You can cancel future renewals from the billing section on the Pricing page (when signed in) or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future automatic charges but normally does not remove access immediately — paid access continues through the already-paid billing period. Once cancellation takes effect, no further renewal will be charged.
Cancelling or not renewing a paid plan does not delete your account or saved charts. Your account and saved content remain unless you request deletion separately.
6. Refunds
Refund rules are described in our Refund Policy. Payments for paid plans are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by MKundali.
7. Acceptable Use
You may use MKundali only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models except where permitted by law;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest the service or its data in an unauthorized way;
- overload, disrupt, or exploit the service or its infrastructure;
- access another person’s account without permission;
- use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
8. User Content and Charts
You retain ownership of charts, notes, and other content you submit. You grant Mamgain.app a limited licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content solely as necessary to provide, operate, maintain, and secure MKundali and the features you request.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any birth data or notes you enter, including data about other people.
9. Intellectual Property
MKundali software, branding, design, and documentation are owned by Mamgain.app or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or brand assets without written permission.
10. Astrology Disclaimer
MKundali provides astrological calculations, interpretations, predictions, and related outputs for informational and educational purposes only. Outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other consequential advice. Do not rely on MKundali as a substitute for qualified professional judgment. Astrological calculations also depend on the accuracy of the birth information and other inputs provided by you.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep MKundali available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using MKundali at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
13. Limitation of Liability
MKundali is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mamgain.app and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to MKundali will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000 if you have not made a payment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer-protection or other mandatory law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or MKundali shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Uttarakhand, India.
